Friday Nights at the AYF Fields under the LIGHTS! These fun, competitive games are Scheduled on Friday evenings so to not interfere with any other spring sports (baseball, lacrosse, soccer, etc.) We welcome both boys and girls from K- 6th grade (current grade). Come be a part of the FRIDAY NIGHT SPRING ACTION at the DOC CRAMER Football and Lacrosse COMPLEX!

SPRING flag football combine - March 18th

​We will be holding an AYF Flag combine this Friday, March 18th at the Doc Cramer AYF fields.  Athletes in the 1st-6th divisions will be asked to participate in a few timed and skill drills.  This will give coaches a chance to evaluate the players before we draft the teams.  Below are the time slots per division.  Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can go through the check-in procedure. All participants will need to check-in at the table by the concession stand.  At check-in each participant will be given a number and the athletes score for each drill will be recorded and shared with the coaches for his/her division.
 
Our kindergarten division will NOT need to attend the combine.

Friday, March 18th  

• Grade 1/2 - 6:00pm

• Grade 3/4 - 6:30pm

• Grade 5/6 - 7:00pm

Pro-L - 40 yd dash - broad jump - 3 cone - bag drill - pass Gauntlet 

​This will also be the last day for in person registration.

​Key dates the 2022 season:

Flag combine - March 18th (1st- 6th grade)
Team draft (coaches only) - March 20th
Practice starts the week of March 28th
1st Friday night game - April 29th

​​SPRING CHEER CLINIC

​Our spring cheer clinic is open to all youth cheerleaders. Practices will be held Monday nights beginning April 4th and will run through the end of May. Teams will cheer sideline and perform at halftime during the final football game of the spring season. Registration fee is $65.00 through March 1st ($75.00 after March 1st). Spring cheer practice t-shirt provided. Now is the perfect time to join our Southern Rams AYF football and cheer family!

Spring Flag Football open registration for children current grades K-6th

***Kindergarten Age Group***

• 1 Day 30 min practices on Fridays, followed by a 30 Min Game.

​

• $75.00 registration cost (includes jersey)

• Open to Boys and Girls grades K-6

• 6 Week Regular Season (excluding bye weeks) 

• Southern Vs Southern 7 Vs 7 format

• 2 Volunteer Officials at each game.

• 1 to 2 practices a week, games will be played on Friday evenings under the lights @ Doc Cramer Football Fields.
